After the investment of time needed on the first visit, many patients become concerned that every visit will be of equal length.

In a word: no. A typical visit is 15 highly-focused, minutes.

With the groundwork laid and your body improving and adapting we can help your body’s performance  with smaller amounts of input.

We will re-examine you with respect and see what changes have occured following the first session of care.  We will explain what we found, make further corrections and will explain what is required next, to move forward in your journey to optimal health.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit, and we can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognise your time is valuable. We do everything possible to run on time and minimise the impact on your busy life.
